Returns & Refund Policy

At Lela Amour Glow (PTY) Ltd, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
